Dans le magnifique cadre de l’Automobile Club de France, Place de la Concorde, l’Ordre des Experts Internationaux de Genève (OEI) a tenu son congrès annuel le vendredi 30 Janvier 2015.
Dans le cadre du développement de l’Ordre, un rapprochement est évoqué entre l’OEI et la Cour. À ce titre, le Président de la CIMEDA, Stéphan DELEKIAN, était invité à intervenir afin de faire découvrir le Médiarbitrage aux experts présents.
L’auditoire a été particulièrement sensible à cette procédure mettant l’Homme au cœur des décisions dont il est, si souvent, éloigné.
D’ores et déjà, des candidatures sont arrivées à la CIMEDA et des partenariats sont en réflexion.
Nous remercions l’Ordre des Experts Internationaux de Genève de son invitation et de son vif intérêt à la Cour Internationale de Médiation.
